What is Li Hing Mui Powder?
Li Hing Powder is derived from Li Hing Mui seeds. This delicious sweet, sour and salty flavoring is great for sprinkling over fruits such as succulent and tart fresh pineapples. Hawaii's locals often sprinkle this powder over their popcorn and add Arare crackers for a unique Island blend! In recent years, people have used the Li Hing Mui Powder in their Maitai drinks instead of the regular salt.
